Wim Hof Winter Travel

Hi Tribe, so this December I have been selected to be a group leader at the amazing Wim Hof Winter travel in Are, Sweden!! Its going to be awesome. Teaching guest the beauty and power of the Wim Hof Method, guiding them in breathwork and icy dips in the lake, walking into the unknown up the mountain in the snow in shorts and listening to Wim talk, and talk, and talk.....and talk some more about the WHM, his passion and his love, and guiding the guests in the most powerful breathing sessions they will probably ever have. I am so honoured to be accompanying Wim and the great instructors on this travel. For some of the guest it will be 'just another Wim Hof retreat', but for others it will be life changing. On my last travel, at least 2 of my group are now fully fledged WHM instructors!! Stay tuned for updates.
